Writing For Wellness

In this course, participants will explore mental health through the art of creative writing. Through various writing prompts, participants will learn to express their thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a supportive environment. This course offers a unique opportunity to merge creative expression with personal growth, fostering a deeper understanding of oneself and others while promoting mental wellness. This group is open to everyone, regardless of your writing experience, skills, or style. Everyone is a writer!
