Trauma Healing & Recovery is a gentle, supportive course that explores how trauma can impact our thoughts, emotions, and sense of safety. Participants will learn simple tools to build resilience, practice self-compassion, and support emotional healing. The focus is on understanding, connection, and creating a path forward at a pace that feels safe and empowering.

Lunch & Connect is a relaxed mid-day drop-in where community members can bring their lunch, enjoy a coffee, and connect with like-minded people. We provide light refreshments and a welcoming space — you bring yourself (and your lunch if you’d like).

It’s a casual, no-pressure time to chat, build connections, and take a break in the middle of your day. Everyone is welcome.
