Are you in recovery? Looking for a safe place to have meaningful conversation with like minded individuals. In this group, individuals affected by substance use get together to share their experiences and make meaningful connections. This is an in-person group located at 10015 110 Ave.

This bite-sized course involves learning how to set boundaries, talking to others about your boundaries, and showing others you respect their boundaries.
This online course would benefit individuals in recovery or individuals interested in learning more about addiction. In this course, we will cover the following topics:
Stages of addictions
Motivation
Symptoms of addiction and withdrawal
Biological effects of substance use
Relapse prevention
Grounding activities
The road to recovery is not an easy path. It is a journey of reinventing how you think about yourself, your mental health or substance use, and your recovery can be a challenging one! Throughout this course you will explore how to think and act in ways that move you towards a more meaningful life.
