Real Friends Vs Peer Pressure

This course explores the impact of peer pressure and the importance of building healthy friendships. Participants will learn how to recognize different types of peer pressure, understand the qualities of supportive versus unhealthy relationships, and develop skills in setting boundaries, building trust, communicating effectively, and resolving conflict. Through discussion and reflection, youth will gain practical tools to make confident choices, strengthen self-awareness, and create friendships that support their well-being and personal growth.
