Practicing Gratitude – Private – Rising Above

Backed up by science, gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with increased happiness and wellness. Gratitude helps us feel more positive emotions, better life experiences, improve our overall health, deal with life’s challenges, and build strong relationships.

Private Session – Rising Above
This is a private session for residents of Rising Above.
Pre-registration is not required.
We will visit Rising Above every Thursday unless otherwise communicated.
