Confront The Discomfort – GP Public Library

Come join us for our Confront the Discomfort course where we’ll dive into understanding stress and anxiety! In the first session, we’ll explore the differences between them and how our bodies respond. In the second session, we’ll dig deeper into self-awareness and learn how to respond to stress more effectively. Finally, we’ll focus on supporting ourselves and developing a grateful mindset to positively impact our well-being.
