In this course, we’ll explore how stigma impacts mental health, addiction, and overall well-being, while uncovering ways to challenge stereotypes and harmful beliefs. Through conversation, reflection, and shared experiences, participants will learn how to replace stigma with strength, compassion, and resilience. Together, we’ll break down barriers and discover strategies to build understanding—both within ourselves and in our communities.
